Everything will be made from scratch and will be mostly vegetarian (except for fresh fish) with a few raw food choices. --Sprouted hummus with handmade walnut falafel, cucumber and tomato wrapped in a collard green. --Coconut and macadamia nut crusted Ono served with fresh greens. --Raw key lime and coconut cream pie --Jackfruit tacos served with guacamole, vegan sour cream and pico de gallo. (Jackfruit is the largest fruit in the world and has the texture of an artichoke). more ideas to come... I am putting together ideas for the menu!
