I am looking foward to spending some quality time with you in Hawaii.
It would be nice to go Corey has school till May 29, so maybe the trip in August would work. It has been a dream of mine to go swim with the dolphins. Say some prayers, that it works out. Colleen
When are the deposits for the May trip due?
Boy I wish I was rich and could afford to join one of your adventures here
Something to aspire to and plan for …
Have fun everyone and say hi to our friends in the sea for me!
Can you post some pictures of the place we will be staying in Hawaii??
Sounds and looks beautiful.
Hi Amberly,
These are wild dolphins and we do not feed them.
I am putting together ideas for the menu! Everything will be made from scratch and will be mostly vegetarian (except for fresh fish) with a few raw food choices.
–Sprouted hummus with handmade walnut falafel, cucumber and tomato wrapped in a collard green.
–Coconut and macadamia nut crusted Ono served with fresh greens.
–Raw key lime and coconut cream pie
–Jackfruit tacos served with guacamole, vegan sour cream and pico de gallo. (Jackfruit is the largest fruit in the world and has the texture of an artichoke).
more ideas to come…
I now live on the Big Island in Waimea. I work at Hawaii Preparatory Academy and coach the high school team, and run the tennis center.I also got the job at the Fairmont Orchid teaching Tennis. Since I now live here which has been a dream, I plan on following my next dream and that is swimming with the spinners. Colleen
I’ve been there with Scott 8 years ago. It’s an unforgetable and life-changing experience. Do it if you can!!
