Dolphins As Non Human Persons

Scientist are now saying that dolphins are smarter than chimps and maybe as smart as humans so they are suggesting that dolphins be considered as non human persons and as such to be entitled to the same rights as humans. I say right on. The dolphins are probably thinking… maybe we should classify humans as non dolphin cetaceans!!!
