As we are all connected - being in a loving and pceacful state makes a gigantic difference to the whole planet and humanity. Praying for each other, ourselves and the earth simultaneously brings that prayer to everyone and everything infusing the airways with that prayer. Pray for the dolphins - hear their message of peace, love and unity and spread the word. We can take advice from the dolphins which is to have compassion, love and peace at the forefront of our minds. See yourself within each other and the earth. Find connections and similarities in the person you struggle with the most - see their light and have compassion for those who struggle to see their own and live in darkness. That which we struggle with the most is a sign of something within us that we don't like which we recognise in each other. beautiful :)
