California Limits Navy’s Use Of Sonar

Britain Steps Up Japan Whaling Protest

The British government is considering a “high level” diplomatic protest to their Japanese counterparts over their plans to kill endangered whales in Antartica.  The UK last month joined 29 other countries and the EU to issue a formal diplomatic written statement urging the Japanese to stop all whaling.
